GENERAL RULES
NO SMOKING
The villa is a no smoking property. There is absolutely no smoking inside. Please be aware that the outdoor furniture and plants are all susceptible to cigarette burns.
NO PETS
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your pets.
Please contact the Villa Ambassador prior to arrival if you have special circumstances.
NO GLASS AROUND THE POOL
For your own safety and that of other guests please do not use glass or ceramic around the pool. Plastic drinkware has been provided for poolside use.
CONSERVATION
Electricity and Fresh Water are in short supply on the island.
Please help protect our fragile local ecosystems by conserving both.
A/C On, Doors Closed: Please keep the doors and windows closed if the A/C is on, both to conserve electricity and prevent interior condensation.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
The villa uses a septic system.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper - no sanitary products, wipes, q-tips, napkins or anything else unsuitable for septic systems.
CONSIDERATION
Leeward is a residential area and you have great neighbors, so please be considerate and keep disruptive noise to a minimum.
Social events are only permitted by prior arrangement, and may incur an extra fee.
